A Plan Ready for any Storm.
1) Site Walk-Through
We do a quick on-site review to understand the layout, priorities, and any risk areas (tight corners, grades, drains, loading zones, fire routes, pedestrian traffic). We confirm expectations and decision-makers.
2) Snow Plan & Quote
You get a simple snow response plan outlining:
- equipment and service triggers (snow depth / icing conditions)
- priority areas (entrances, walkways, loading areas, fire lanes)
- snow placement / stacking locations
- de-icing approach (salt/ice melt or sand where applicable)
- communication + response expectations
Then we provide a clear quote and scope.
3) Pre-Season Prep
Before the first storm we:
- assign an account manager / main point of contact
- complete a pre-season inspection (photos + notes)
- mark curbs, hazards, and boundaries
- stage salt bins/materials if required
- confirm access details (gates, after-hours contact, parked vehicle issues)
4) Storm Execution & Documentation
- Before storms: weather monitoring + proactive updates.
- During storms: services completed according to the plan, with time-stamped logs and photos where needed.
- After storms: quality checks, touch-ups if required, and re-stock/re-stage for the next event.
5) End-of-Season Wrap-Up:
- remove markers/bins/materials as needed
- do a final walkthrough
- review performance and adjust the plan for next year (what worked, what didn’t, improvements)
